Brief: Curate an exhibition for PR purposes that demonstrates bad product design in the bathroom.

Life Supplies’ creates luxurious bathroom products that also tackle bathroom waste. From consumer research we discovered a key pain point for customers was bad product design and the fact that a lot of products are created not with the customers front of mind. As a part of this project, we created a survey that was sent out to thousands of people in the UK asking them what their biggest ‘ick’s’ were. Number one was armpit hair stuck to the deodorant stick which was closely followed by hair in the plughole and crusty toothpaste tubes. We commisioned french photographer Angèle Châtenet to photograph these ‘ick’s’ in an artistically beautiful light, challenging the viewers perspective of these every day items.
